Who we are
Fast-Claim UK is a marketing and referral platform. We are not a law firm, accountancy practice or VAT recovery specialist. We help UK VAT-registered businesses request a free eligibility review from selected third-party VAT recovery specialists.
What we collect
Your UK VAT number and the business details returned by HMRC's public VAT number checking service; your answers to the four VAT Recovery Check questions; your first name, last name, work email and phone number; a TrustedForm certificate documenting your request; and standard campaign attribution data (such as UTM and click identifiers), page URL, referrer and browser user agent.
How we use it
To verify your VAT registration, produce your preliminary VAT Recovery Check, assess your enquiry and arrange for a specialist to contact you about your request. We do not access your VAT returns, HMRC account, accounting software, bank account or invoices.
Who we share it with
Where appropriate, your enquiry and contact details are passed to the VAT recovery specialist partner best suited to your circumstances so they can contact you by phone and email about your enquiry. Partner details are available on request via our contact page.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your information, and you can withdraw your request for contact at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Retention
Enquiry records, including the TrustedForm certificate and consent wording, are retained for as long as needed to evidence your request and meet our legal obligations.
